A: Yes, your box goes to DHL first then USPS.

Q:Is there a beauty quiz?
A: No, we do not have a beauty quiz. We allow you to pick your exact colors! You can customize your colors by:
1)Commenting under the spoliers on social media (please add your full name and choice of color)
2) Email the color of the spoiler you want to email@example.com. Please include the full name on the subscription.
Q: Can I change my due date?
A: Yes, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, DM on Instagram or PM on Facebook. (If your box is late and billing is due, you are ALWAYS welcome to request a change of due date)
Q: My item is broken. Can I replace it?
A: If the item is still in stock, we will replace it. If not, we will give you a small credit, or give you a free item. Please reach out to email@example.com.
Q: How do I contact customer service?
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Once you have been billed for a new subscription activation or a subscription renewed we are not able to offer a refund, return, or exchange. However, you can cancel at anytime prior to your next billing.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Subscriptions can be cancelled (before the next billing cycle) by logging into your account using the email and password that you used to sign up.
Q: Which box will I get? When is the last day to sign up?
A: The cut off is 10 days before the billing cycle of the 1st. If the month has 30 days it would be the 20th. If it has 31 days it would be the 31st unless that month is sold out before the cut off.
Q: When do the boxes ship?
A: We ship boxes between the 2nd and 3rd week of each month until all boxes are shipped.
Q: I am missing a box or my tracking is not working. How do I contact?

Q: I cancelled my subscription after I was billed. Will I receive a box or refund?
A: You will get the box you were billed for before you cancelled.
